Brownie Overload

These delicious and rich chocolate brownies are a snap - only 7 minutes!

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margine, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: Powdered sugar or frosting
  1. Preheat GT Xpress 101 and spray with no stick cooking spray
  2. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg with wire whish until smooth
  3. Add flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder, mix until well moistened
  4. (Optional) Sit in walnuts and divide mixture into wells of GT Xpress 101
  5. Close cover and cook for 7 minutes
  6. Remove from GT Xpress 101 and immediately place 1 tablespoon chips on each section, allow to sit for 2 to 3 minutes
  7. (Optional) Spread frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar
  8. Cut each cake in half to form 4 brownies
