Brownie Overload
These delicious and rich chocolate brownies are a snap - only 7 minutes!

Cook Time: 7 minutes
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margine, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: Powdered sugar or frosting
- Preheat GT Xpress 101 and spray with no stick cooking spray
- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg with wire whish until smooth
- Add flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder, mix until well moistened
- (Optional) Sit in walnuts and divide mixture into wells of GT Xpress 101
- Close cover and cook for 7 minutes
- Remove from GT Xpress 101 and immediately place 1 tablespoon chips on each section, allow to sit for 2 to 3 minutes
- (Optional) Spread frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Cut each cake in half to form 4 brownies
